Cariain has a wierd government. Now the kingdoms of the elves, humans, and faries united for the world , H'reathga is changing. Magic is looked down upon and in some country's hunts for people, and races with magic in their blood are held. The worst of these cases is in ta'reath where they check babies for magical blood when they are born. If found to have magic in the blood the baby is killed brutally before the parents, and or imprisoned. Cariain is the last completely safe haven for magical creatures and races alike. The three monarchys of the elves, humans and faries rule independitly except for major descisions like war, taxes and constitutional laws. The secondary monarchys of the creatures and some races have become baronesses and barons, Knights, or nobles of Cariain. The elves control the harriet forest, the mountains and the plains. The faries control the bahiga rainforest and the Nigia mors. The humans control everything else.
